How does billing work at ES&B?

Answer

At ES&B, we aim to make billing as flexible as possible to suit your budgeting needs. You can choose from the following payment options:

  • Paid in full
  • 50/50 split
  • Monthly payments

Payments are made easy with a credit card link provided directly on your invoice. Please note that payment is required before we begin sessions.

Do you accept insurance?

Answer

At ES&B, we are private pay and do not bill insurance. However, each invoice includes a detailed billing summary with charges, services, dates, and payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Answer

If you need to cancel a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the session will be billed as usual. I understand that emergencies happen, so I handle those on a case-by-case basis.

How long does it take to see improvement in executive function skills?

Answer

Improvement timelines can vary. For some, changes may be noticeable within a few weeks, especially if they’re eager to make a difference. Others might require more time to gain motivation. Typically, clients continue sessions for 4-6 months or longer, depending on their personal journey.

How do I know we’re ready for coaching?

Answer

You’re ready for coaching when:

  • Your child is motivated to work and make positive changes
  • You’re not expecting a quick fix but are committed to the process
  • You’re prepared to be actively involved in your child’s coaching journey
  • You’re open to receiving honest feedback

What ages do you coach?

Answer

I primarily work with middle school, high school, and college students.

Do you coach adults?

Answer

Yes, I do. Many adults face challenges in managing everyday life. Executive function coaching can be incredibly beneficial in helping navigate these difficulties.

Do executive function challenges always mean ADHD?

Answer

No, executive function challenges don’t always mean someone has ADHD. While ADHD is closely linked with these difficulties, they can also be caused by other factors such as anxiety, stress, or learning differences. It’s important to identify and address the specific needs of each individual, whether or not ADHD is part of the picture. For additional information or to seek testing, please consult your medical provider.
